Group Commercial Finance Director
North West
Client who is an international Plc business are looking for a Group Commercial Finance Director to spearhead current growth in the North West.
The Group is currently embarking on an ambitious systems programme replacing a number of its key systems, including the Finance system. This role will be a key stakeholder in the project.
This provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to play a key role in managing the Group Finance team.
Some of the roles and responsibilities will include:
*Managing the Group Finance function on a day to day basis owning all of the budgeting and forecast elements.
*Lead the commercial and operational activities across the group and the initial project of implementing the new systems.
*Develop and maintain risk registers to ensure KPIs are tracked and a huge emphasis is placed on continuous improvement of processes and controls.
*Own forecast process for corporate cost centres, capital expenditure and working capital balances and cash flows. Working with the Head of Commercial and FP&A to promote continuous improvement focus for forecast accuracy and learning points.
