Devops Trainer

At QA Consulting, we train our consultants in market-leading technologies so that, in turn, they can support some of the largest companies in the UK. Joining our Manchester academy, you’ll provide quality training in DevOps or Linux administration.

What to expect:

This is an opportunity to make the most of your interest in learning, in experimenting with the latest engineering trends and in sharing your knowledge with others. If you have a passion for your subject, we can support you in developing specialist training skills (learning and development is what we’re all about). Typically, you’ll be training groups of graduates in both DevOps and Cloud computing, helping them prepare for careers which will see them providing tech support to our high profile clients. You’ll need to create engaging course content, maintain your own skills and keep accurate course records.

What we’re looking for:

                    DevOps experience gained in a commercial environment, plus solid Linux skills

                    A relevant degree and a good knowledge of modern training techniques

                    Exposure to continuous integration, Cloud and configuration management

                    Excellent organisational and time management abilities - you’ll be happy to work independently

                    Outstanding communication skills - you should be comfortable speaking to large groups

                    Front-end web experience would be advantageous, but isn’t essential
