Michael Bailey Associates is currently recruiting for a Lean Agile Coach for an Oil and Gas Organisation in London

PROJECT SUMMARY:

The provision of advice, assistance and leadership in any area associated with the procurement, provision, delivery, maintenance or effective use SAP and its environments. The type of consultancy can deal with one specific aspect of IS or it can be wide ranging and address many aspects or it can be of a strategic nature.

SAP Applications, IT, Business Modeling, Analytical, Creative, Good Communication, Familiar with Consultancy, Business process re-engineering, client server, financial services, Familiar with Corporate, Industry and Professional Standards, Presentation Techniques, Report Writing Techniques, Familiar with contextual enquires, statistical analysis, interviewing, Line Management.

Educated to degree or professional level HBO/WO level.

Responsibilities:

· The DS Lean-Agile Coach, working as part of the Downstream Agile Centre of Excellence will focus on enhancing the effectiveness of IT projects (and products) using agile ways of working, to establish an "agile mindset" across the DS organisation, not just within technology teams, but across the wider IT and Business stakeholder community.

· The coach is responsible for coaching and guiding teams in Downstream that create technology.

Must Have/Experience:

· Agile product/project delivery and coaching

· Product ownership/product management and coaching

· Lean and/or Six Sigma project delivery and coaching

· Defining, communicating and delivering change and/or continuous improvement using techniques like ADKAR and Kaizen
