A Global Blue Chip company are recruiting for a Capability Manager to work as a part of their Digital Business Technology department.

As a Senior Capability Manager, you will be formulating and executing the delivery technology outcome that support the agreed business outcomes of the underlying business cases whilst promoting the agreed architectural strategy. The ideal candidate must be able to establish their own Roadmaps and be able to establish a back log of work whilst being able to prioritise the work load, preferably working in an Agile way when working with the suitable technologies. There will be an aspect of budget management that comes with the job ($3-5 million) per year. The Senior Capability Manager will be responsible for overseeing 10-12 projects at one time, some small and some large projects and must be open to working on larger/global projects.

You would be working on an exciting Business Expansion Project in which 45 new applications are to be developer or changed over the next 2 years. The Project will be working on FTA regulation based applications for the next 2 years exclusively and there is $20 million to be spent in the next 2 years across the project.

Essential Requirements:

* Proven commercial experience of leading multiple technology or business projects or programs.

* Strong experience in applying different project methodologies including Agile.

* Strong stakeholder holder management, with confidence to challenge preconceptions of outcomes and solutions.

* Good understanding of industry trends both business and technology

* Excellent communication, presentation and customer engagement skills

* Good familiarity with project management and architecture disciplines

Desired Skills:

* Experience and knowledge of Corporate Finance, HR or other corporate capabilities
