This growing IT implementation and Training company specialises in helping clients introduce and run the Unit4 Business World range of Enterprise Resource Planning and business management solutions to new and current users.

They are looking for a Business World (formerly known as Agresso) consultant who has previous implementation experience. You will be expected to co-ordinate low level implementation activities across all work streams, working closely with the existing project/portfolio manager.

Your main duties will be:

- Attending their clients premises and speaking with the key stakeholders regarding upgrading existing or implementing new systems under the Unit4 Business world banner.

- Attend consulting team meetings and other internal meetings as required.

- Provide advice and guidance on the best use of Business world ( Agresso) functionality.

- Assisting with the production of training material to support localisation of product.

- To comply with their information and security requirements and all company business procedures, policies and standards.

- To assist with the development and recognition of new business opportunities.

- Maintenance and production of records, timesheets, reports, expenses etc as required for successful operations in the company.

- To act as an ambassador for this company.

- Manage customer expectations.

Based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, their work is based both nationally and internationally.

As a strategic partner of Unit4, they have 2 main areas of responsibility. Their consultancy team help clients to introduce Business World into their organisation whilst their training team develops the training materials and helps the end users to learn how to use the system.

- You must have good knowledge of Business world (Agresso) and will be well versed in its use and its various modules.

- Be able to achieve deadlines in accordance with strict timetables, setting own priorities from high level objectives.

- Proven ability to plan and organise people, work and time.

- Ability to work in an ever changing environment

- Ability to handle pressure and maintain an enthusiastic approach

- Ability to retain and recall information easily

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Good command of the English language and able to write and edit documents with a keen eye for clarity and accuracy.

- Excellent report writing and presentation skills

- Ability to implement new ERP systems and support users

Their normal office hours are 9.00-5.00pm but the nature of the work means that you would probably work extra hours to get the job finished.

You will be home based but will be required to travel to customer sites - their consultants spend 4 days on site per week on average (away from home). In addition you will be required to attend the office for meetings/when the need arises.
