Senior Mitel MiVoice Business Project Engineer

This is an opportunity to join an established IT services company who work with a wide range of clients mainly based in central Scotland.

Primary Role

- Has a proven track record of delivering complex, application led Mitel MiVoice Business solutions

- Able to design, implementation & support of Mitel's MiVB Voice and associated applications

- Liaison with Pre-sales team

- Work within the Projects Delivery Team, creating solution documentation for project delivery & ongoing support

- Work closely with assigned Project Manager(s)

- Point of technical escalation

Personal Attributes

- High level of Customer Service

- Excellent communicator - both written & verbal

- Strong Office skills: Excel, Word, Visio

- Able to prioritise workload

- Problem diagnostic and resolution capabilities

Technical Capabilities

Mitel MCS/MCP (equivalent of) certified, with products being:

- MiVoice Business

- Mitel MiCC

- MiCollab Including Audio/Web/Video conferencing

- Mitel MBG/SRC

- Mitel NuPoint

- MiVoice Office 250 (preferred, but not essential)

- Strong working knowledge of Networking/IT

- LAN - setup & troubleshooting

- WAN - Routing/Firewalling

- Windows Servers

- Virtualisation
