Role: SC Cleared Digital Service Manager

Length: 3 months initially

Location: Newport

IR35: Outside of IR35

rate: £450-560 daily

My Newport based client is looking for an SC Cleared Digital Service Manager to join them for a period of 3 months initially to deliver a large scale Data Service, with the following skills;

* Agile working

* Government Digital Services (GDS)

* Data services / Data as a Service (DaaS)

* Financial ownership

* Operational management

* Problem ownership

* Strategic ownership

* Understands user-centred design, technology and data perspectives

You will be accountable for;

* A single point of contract for data services

* A strategic vision for data service

* Clear definitions and boundaries for each of the data services

* An integrated, priorities roadmap for capability delivery across all divisions involved in delivering data services

* A coordinated communication strategy across all data services

* A decision forum for critical decisions that have wide-reaching implications across multiple divisions

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
