Service Desk Manager / Helpdesk Manager / Service Delivery Manager / People Management / Team Leading / ITIL, Experience in the FMCG / Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. Permanent role, £45,000 - 55,000 plus 5% bonus.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Service Desk Manager / Help Desk Manager.

Location - London (Vauxhall). Flexible with 1-2 days in the office / 1 day on site and 1-2 days from home or a different combination.

Salary - £45,000 - 55,000

You will be managing a Service / Help Desk with approx 5 staff. This is likely to increase to up to 10 people at some point in the near future.

Experience:

*Strong people management

*Service Desk / Help Desk Management

*Experience of managing 1st line - 3rd line support Analysts, Resolution to SLA, Reporting, visiting end clients, dealing with any issues

*ITIL

*Experience of FMCG / Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector
