Construction ERP New Business £45k Double OTE

I am working with an ERP Solution provider who specialise in the Construction sector and are looking to build on their sales team as they expand across the UK Market. You'll be part of a lively & growing Business Development unit and an integral piece of future success. They have performed well in 2018 and look set to break records even further next year and need someone with good experience selling SaaS Solutions into Construction organisations and a knack for New Business Sales.

To be considered, you will have experience building Sales teams, building markets and selling (ideally) Construction-focused ERP Solutions or have experience of the Construction/Manufacturing industries. You will be compensated with regular salary reviews alongside success and be part of an exciting organisation at a major point of growth. Your day to day will initially involve building a database, getting clients on board and working from opening to close. This is certainly a difficult endeavour but the rewards are incredible.

You can be located anywhere in the UK and will work from home for the most part - although excellent Midlands office facilities are available. You will be provided with a car allowance alongside a salary of up to £45k. Additionally, the commission structure is flat and above industry standard which would make a Double OTE in the first year easily achievable. While your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, you will be given a large degree of autonomy and have the Marketing and lead generation support required to make this a success.

Skills required for the role:

* Construction ERP Software Sales experience.

* Worked on deals above £50k regularly with provable success.

* Ability to build databases and Sales Teams.

* Excellent background selling into SME and Mid-Market.

* Leadership experience and autonomous attitude.
