Microsoft Partner Inside Sales Business Development Rep £20k + OTE

My client, A Microsoft Gold Partner, is actively looking for a talented, dynamic and hungry Inside Sales Representative to join them in their Sheffield Office. You will be working in one of the strongest environments in which to develop your skills in sales while working with some of the best people in ERP Software Sales and the strongest opportunities for rapid career progression.

You will be interested in both Sales and Software Solutions and have a money-motivated mind. Ideally you will have some experienced with an Outbound Telephone Sales role. But most importantly you will be looking for an opportunity to earn considerable commission and be looking at embarking on a sales career within a high value market. As the commission structure is entirely uncapped, you are in direct control of you commission opportunities. People in this role have been known to walk away with £50k within their first year at the company.

You will be expected to work hard. But you will be rewarded for that work. Career advancement is possible as this organisation has a strong ethos of promoting from within - the majority of their Senior Field-based Business Development Managers (and internal Management!) were once at Inside Sales level. For the successful, this is a role which can reap excellent benefits within a short time.

Skills required for the role:

* Lead generation experience in software sales.

* Good knowledge of ERP systems preferable (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite etc).

* Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone.

* Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.

* Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME organisations.
