Experienced ERP Business Development Manager BDM £55-60k + OTE

My client urgently requires a money-motivated Business Development Manager who has a track record of successfully selling IT Software Solutions - specifically ERP Solutions - to join an existing high calibre sales team and gain the chance to earn double base salary in Commission with a generous uncapped commission structure. The role will be primarily focussed within the mid-market spectrum so someone used to working with mid-market organisations would be beneficial.

The role is primarily based in Yorkshire and offers the opportunity for a significant chunk of field-based sales activity along with the potential to complete work from home following a satisfactory probation period. My client is able to offer a very competitive base salary of £55-60k dependent on experience with double OTE which is proven to be achievable. A competitive car allowance is also on offer.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of selling ERP solutions, preferably for a partner of a major vendor (e.g. SAP, Sage, Oracle or Netsuite) and have a desire to accelerate their career in sales with ambitions to join a fast-growing organisation and add value throughout the sales process. As this role has become available due to expansion of my client's business, there will be room for progression in the near future - hence only ambitious candidates will be accepted.

Skills and experience required:

* Minimum 4 years selling ERP software solutions.

* Demonstrable track record of successful sales targets (include in CV).

* Able to manage own time and self-organise in field-based role.

* Excellent rapport building ability.

* Available for UK-wide travel for client meetings.

* Full, clean, UK driving license.
