Spring Technology are currently recruiting for a DV Cleared Absence Management Oracle Functional Consultant for a MARCH 2019 start, this will be for a 9 month contract and DV Clearance is essential due to the nature of the project.

The Role

Our client are looking for HCM implementation functional consultants with a passion to digitise the HR function and with prior experience of Oracle Cloud applications. A strong knowledge of the HCM Absence function is needed.

Skills and experience required

* Experience in HCM Cloud Integration and solution delivery of large scale HCM transformation programmes or upgrade.

* Full lifecycle implementations/upgrades on Oracle HCM Cloud, including the following phases: requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities.

* Knowledge of some or all Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HCM, Taleo Recruitment, Learning, Absence, Benefits, Payroll etc.). Absence being key to this role.

* Certification in an Oracle HCM Cloud or Payroll module is very desirable
