Service Desk Analyst - Out of Hours Support

Rate - up to £225 p/d

As a trusted preferred supplier to this internal law firm, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of an out of hours Service Desk Analyst to act as first point of contact for all offices within this group's scope. The role will be supporting out of office hours workloads and therefore will suit a strong Service Desk Analyst willing to work on a 4 weekly rotating shift pattern during out of office hours' time patterns.

Compliance with ITIL methodology

Working with other Service Desk Analysts to resolve multisite issues

Contract rate: up to £225 p/d

This role may suit candidates, who hold the following job titles: IT Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst, Floor Walker, 1st line support, 2nd line support, Senior Support consultant, Desktop Engineer, Service Desk Engineer

Shift Pattern - Out of hours shift pattern on a four week rotational basis as follows:

3 days on, 1 day break,

5 days on, 2 days break,

5 days on, 2 days break,

7 nights on, 3 days break

Repeat -This pattern will ensure you get one weekend off for every 3 worked.

The hours worked on the above shifts will be one of:

07:00 - 15:00, 09:00 - 17:00, 15:00 - 23:00 or 23:00 - 07:00
