I have a PM opening with a well-established leading independent consultancy based in the UK who have a global network spanning over 40 counties.

I am looking for a Project Manager to join a London based project management team who focus on managing new build, fit out and refurbishment projects through various stages of the project lifecycle. This company provide consultancy services across a variety of sectors, however their current focus is office fit outs both Cat A and Cat B with project sizes ranging between 15,000 ft and 100,000 ft.

The applying Project Manager must be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of a Project Manager role and be able to manage their own workload and run multiple projects at a single time and also be keen to quickly progress into a Senior Project Manager position.

Requirements for this Project Manager position:

* A BSc degree in a relevant field.

* Ideally MRICS chartered.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Consultancy side experience.

* Experience delivering office fit out projects from cradle to grave.

* Highly motivated and flexible individual with the aptitude to motivate/mentor/assist/ develop colleagues less qualified or experienced.

* Proven ability to communicate confidently with clients, contractors and consultants.

Remuneration for this Project Manager position:

* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum. (depending on experience)

* Car allowance.

* Bonus (subject to performance)

* Private healthcare

* Life insurance.
