My client is the largest family owned business within their industry of trade; highly acclaimed for their versatile distribution strategy and extensive client portfolio. After more than 50 years of progressive business, this company continues to expand its reach and infrastructure. As such, they are now recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer.

As CTO, you will be a highly experienced technical expert. You will need to understand infrastructure, business systems and online technology, as well as having up to date and detailed experience of Products, Vendors and evolving practices. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Chief Technology Officer is responsible for all aspects of the business technology, including: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Service Operations, Technical/Infrastructure services, Technical Project Delivery, Database Architecture, System Architecture, Security, Data Analysis, Programming, Software Design and Supplier Management.

You will…

* Have a proven track record delivering large scale Microsoft Dynamics NAV system implementations / upgrades.

* Be knowledgeable in business systems, database architecture, system architecture, security, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence, programming, and software design.

* Have experience of running an IT function within a strong regulatory regime within all aspects of IT resilience.

* Already have the title of IT Director or higher
