What will you be doing?
A company in Oxfordshire are urgently seeking a Biostatistician to join their team. If you have been responsible for analysing large-scale clinical data projects and to distribute results through software and publications, then you're the Biostatistician were looking for.
What skills/experience should you have?
* PhD or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, biostatistics, physics, or mathematics)
* Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, pandas, scikit-learn, SAS), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and database languages (e.g., SQL).
* Experience with clinical trial design is highly desirable.
* Rigorous statistical intuition, deep understanding of core statistical principles, and extensive experience with core methods (e.g., linear regression, GLMs, multivariate analysis, maximum likelihood estimation, and Bayesian modeling)
* Track record of published collaborative research, preferably in clinical data research or related fields preferred
