SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) Recovery Manager
Start Date - ASAP
Duration - 3 months + extensions
Location - Sheffield
Scope of the SRE Service
This model will both meet the client's needs for application support now (for ASD) and for the future (Banking 2.0 & Servicing in all markets).
Support will be provided for:
* Banking 2.0 in all markets;
* PAPIs consumed by Mobile X (built by the Banking & Servicing Teams);
* All Servicing Journeys, including the new "Operate" & ASP journeys;
* EU Digital Servicing journeys (subject to a transition plan).
The SRE team will cover:
* Incident response & fix;
* Problem management;
* Routine technical tasks required for "RTB" (Run The Bank) activities;
* Continuous improvement of application monitoring and alerting;
* Automation of application recovery;
* Service Management (reporting, ITSO role, EIM, PLADA etc. updates);
* Release management for new features developed by Banking & Servicing teams.
