Client in Berlin is looking for a Test Manager to lead a team of 10+ split across two sites in Europe and consisting of hardware and software engineers.. Wireless experience would be beneficial and you will be responsible for the team and providing overall direction and leadership with regards test activities and ensure the training of colleagues. The role is focused on test systems and not the production aspect of their process and the vacancy has arisen due to internal career progression of the incumbent.

You should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across the business and ensure projects are planned and delivered in a timely manner. Your primary tasks will be

-managing multi-site development team

-defining project specifications

-support project managers

-managing the hiring process

It is expected you will be degree qualified in electrical or software engineering, ideally with some wireless experience but this is not a pre-requisite. You should have a good knowledge of test system development, quality and tools with strong organisational skills. Prior experience of production test systems would be advantageous.
