Salesforce Manager / Business Analyst

A brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Salesforce Manager / Business Analyst to join a leading international charity based in Kingston Upon Thames, West London (3 days working from home). This interesting hybrid role combines some great technical knowledge on Salesforce with helping the business to utilise / develop their CRM further. As the Salesforce Manager you will need a good grasp of the CRM, its architecture combined with the ability to plan its progression and working with senior stakeholders internationally.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with some great Salesforce skills to move away from just the technical side to move into a more business focused role. As the Salesforce Manager / Business Analyst you will have the chance to really change the technical CRM environment, help with the international adoption and progress the CRM further.

Skills required for the Salesforce Manager / Business Analyst are:

- Strong technical Salesforce knowledge (doesn't need to be developer level)

- Ability to gather requirements and work with senior stakeholders

- Experience in business change throughout an organisation

- Ability to pick up new skills

Salary: £45,000 + Excellent benefits
