Embedded Engineer / Embedded C (Permanent)

Embedded Engineer / Embedded C software engineer required to join a growing engineering organisation to develop products in wind sensors, metrology and measurement devices. This role would suit an experienced Embedded Engineer or Electronic Engineer with an indepth knowledge of embedded C, design and test of code and ideally having worked in high technology manufactured products.

The Embedded Engineer will have in also have experience in TI MSP and / or ARM micro controllers, knowledge of RS232, RS485, RS422 serial communications and I2C and SPI protocols. You will be interfacing integrated circuits and digital and analogue communication systems at a design level, your experience and CV should reflect this experience. This Embedded Engineer role will join a an established team of engineers to deliver high quality code and documentation for embedded systems in high quality technical products.

A strong educational background - MSc in Electronic engineering, software engineering or similar is required. You should have also have excellent communication skills - the Embedded Engineer will be responsible for taking requirements from new and existing clients. Your core skills in embedded C programming and knowledge of serial communications and protocols is the main area that my client is looking for.
