We currently require the services of a PMO Manager to work for a well respected client based in Unbridge.Key skills required:
Experienced in MS Project 2007 / 2013Experienced in Project Server 2007 / 2013 and Project Server AdministrationAdvanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and VisioExperienced in using SharepointGood understanding of Prince2 methodologyAbility and willingness to take initiative towards achieving goalsGood Customer service skillsAdaptability / flexible to changing demands with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectivelyAssertiveness and sound judgementCommitted and highly motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a teamAbility to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentationsExcellent administration and reporting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; including communicating with technical and non-technical clients and staff at all organizational levelsAbility to perform ad-hoc analysis of data and make recommendations based on this data
Essential Experience :
Extensive experience as a PMO or similar role working in a project management environmentModerate experience within an IT or Software provider organisation desirableEducated to degree level desirablePassed the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner course desirableExperienced in using MS Project and creating MS project plansExperienced in using Sharepoint
