£30,000 - £40,000 + Commission + Progression + Flexible working hours + Holiday + Pension

Excellent opportunity for a building surveyor to join a well-established partnership that provides the opportunity to progress and undertake mentorship into valuation surveyor and senior surveyor roles and can work alongside a highly skilled team within an interesting and varied role.

This company pride themselves in being the leading property specialist in the South West. They specialise in surveying, auctioning and property letting and remain a longstanding company with over 20 sites in the UK that is looking to expand in the future.

In this role you will be carrying out a range of building surveys for various clients. This will predominantly be within residential settings along with some commercial.

You will be responsible for carrying out dilapidation and conditioning schedules, defect diagnosis work alongside managing a range of projects. You will have the opportunity to be mentored into valuation surveying and progress your career within the role.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified building surveyor, ideally hold a RICS qualification and have a background and knowledge in building surveys.

The Role:

*Carrying out building condition surveys

*Carrying out dilapidation and condition schedules

*identifying defect diagnosis

*Project management

*Networking to build client base and new contracts and build on business

The Person:

*RICS qualified

*Experience as a building surveyor.

*Experience carrying out residential and commercial building surveys
