£24,000 + Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Pension

Are you looking for a Team Leader role to run a close knit team providing business-business support for state of the art retail software? You will get full product training and excellent opportunities for further career progression.

You will be working for a real specialist that are revolutionising their market with intelligent systems that provide customers with real insight into their businesses. You will be funded to take an NVQ in Team Leadership.

This would suit someone with excellent leadership qualities and experience in an IT Support environment looking to join a company providing 1st class training and career progression opportunities.

The Role:

- Lead a team supporting business customers on the company's high tech software

- Manage attendance, break allocations, disciplinaries and KPIs

- Manage training, provide point of escalation for 1st and 2nd line technicians

- Develop your management skills to allow you to progress further

The Person:

- An IT qualification and knowledge of Microsoft / Windows

- Good leadership skills and Team Leader experience
