This growth has led to the new vacancy of Technical Support Engineer as the company looks to maintain the excellent service they pride themselves on offering.
In this role you work closely with clients, responding to a broad range of technical queries. As well as acting as a first line support, you will also be involved in the testing and receive training on all new products. This will ensure you are constantly educated on all products and can therefor give clients support to the best of your ability.
