Microsoft Dynamics Administrator - Brighton

£36,000 + benefits

We currently have an opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator to join one of our major clients based in Brighton.

They are a reputable government client responsible for protecting workplace pensions in the UK, working with employers and those running pensions to help people save safely for their retirement.

The Microsoft Dynamics Administrator will support and maintain the clients business critical CRM system and participate as a member of the IT Development team

Responsibilities:

* Act as a system-wide administrator on the Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Marketing systems, as directed by the Lead Dynamics Administrator

* Liaise with internal customers to ensure that business requirements of the Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Marketing systems are fulfilled

* Implement changes to the Dynamics CRM and Dynamics Marketing systems; manage risks and adhere to process, to ensure a reliable and controlled IT service delivery

* Use expertise to deliver training and documentation. Collaborate with other teams to develop system integrations, data migration, automated testing

* Contribute to the development of processes and standards for Dynamics delivery

* Provide a second line support for CRM issues and be able to liaise with Microsoft to resolve system issues where necessary

Experience required:

* Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics365 Online

* Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM configuration

* Experience of Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM documentation, testing and training
