This Big 4 Senior Manager in Data Analytics role is a highly sought after opportunity for those looking to be technically knowledgeable, guiding the future of the next Data Analytics talent and getting to work with FTSE 100 clients helping them to innovate, grow and change their business in line with the constant demands of changing technology and customers. You will be at the forefront managing end-to-end delivery of transformation and strategy.

The Key Capabilities;

* Working with a multi-disciplined team providing advanced analytics services across local authorities. Taking a senior leadership role within both internal development and client engagement will be expected.

* Advanced analytics development & modelling approaches lead. This can vary between internal teams and clients. It is essential you know the key business performance levers.

* Managing large data projects, understanding evolving analytics methods, tools landscape and this being involved with large data projects as part of wider transformation engagements. In turn raising the team's profile externally.

* Owning relationships with clients, coaching and development of team members, identifying opportunities to improve with both team and clients & delivering recommendations that suit those as well. Transferring your knowledge and codifying your learning's.

* Increasing the Programme Assurance awareness across the business.

Requirements both Essential & Desirable;

* Demonstrating experience in an analytical consulting role with business acumen to support. Having a global awareness of market trends is beneficial.

* Local Authority insight as well as Public Sector knowledge. NHS desirable.

* Proficiency or knowledge/awareness in Excel, R, Python, VBA, SQL, Alteryx - and similar data related technologies and tools used on a day-to-day to basis.

* Finally a degree within Computer Sciences, Physics, Engineering, Maths or anything similar and full travel mobility.
