The Key Capabilities;

* Working with a multi-disciplined team providing advanced analytics services across local authorities. Taking a leadership role within both internal development and client engagement will be expected.

* Advanced analytics development & modelling approaches lead. This can vary between internal teams and clients. It is essential you know the key business performance levers.

* Managing large data projects, understanding evolving analytics methods, tools landscape and this being involved with large data projects as part of wider transformation engagements.

* Owning relationships with clients, coaching and development of team members, identifying opportunities to improve with both team and clients & delivering recommendations that suit those as well. Transferring your knowledge and codifying your learnings.

Requirements both Essential & Desirable;

* Demonstrating experience in an analytical consulting role.

* Local Authority insight as well as Public Sector knowledge. NHS desirable.

* Proficiency in Excel, R, Python, VBA, SQL, Alteryx - and similar data related technologies and tools used on a day-to-day to basis.

* Finally a degree within Computer Sciences, Physics, Engineering, Maths or anything similar and full travel mobility.
