Location: Victoria
Duration: 3 months initial
Day Rate: £225 - £275
Junior Service Delivery Administrator - We are actively seeking a Junior Service Delivery Administrator to join a High-Profile, Public-Sector Company based in Victoria for an initial 3 months. The Junior Service Delivery Administrator will join the Service Delivery Team that are currently getting ready for their Office 365 deployment.
The Junior Service Delivery Administrator will support the Service Delivery team with change management and telecommunications administrative tasks as well as helping with BAU activities. The Junior Service Delivery Administrator will need to be competent and understand ITIL processes. This is an excellent opportunity for the Junior Service Delivery Administrator to grow within a fresh and vibrant team.
Key Skills for the Junior Service Delivery Administrator:
* Solid experience working within a Service Delivery function.
* ITIL Certified.
* Able to complete administrative tasks with Change, Knowledge, Problem and IT Asset Management.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills are vital.
