This company manufacture bespoke precision engineered solutions for a wide range of industries including Aerospace. They have a state of the art facility and a passion for Continuous Improvement and LEAN manufacturing. They looking to expand their success by improving their tooling & manufacturing processes.

This role would suit a qualified Engineer with manufacturing / continuous improvement experience within a CNC workshop who is looking for a challenging but rewarding role.

The Role:

* Lead continuous improvement projects

* Identify & Suggest improvements for Tooling, Machinery & Manufacturing processes

* Advise & upskill staff on continuous improvement

* Working in a large state of the art factory

The Candidate:

* Engineering Qualification

* Previous experience within CNC Manufacturing

* Knowledge & passion for problem solving & continuous improvement

* LEAN Manufacturing highly advantageous
