To achieve their goals, they are willing to invest in the finest workforce, and are looking to bring on a proficient SharePoint Service Level Manager to aid them in upcoming projects.

As SharePoint Service level manager, you will be spread across a number of aspects within the service line. Your day to day activities will revolve around the following responsibilities: Service level management, ensuring continual service improvement throughout the service lifecycle, developing standard service offerings, Risk and Audit management, Financial and supplier management and Business service reviews

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/ experience:

* Experience of working in a global organisation

* Experience of end user and collaboration technologies

* Conversant with service management and delivery best practices (e.g. ITIL). ·

* Proven experience of driving and delivering continuous service improvements

* Certified at ITIL Foundation level / Service Level Management
