2nd Line Support Engineer - Immediate start

Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Contract Length: 6 months

Day Rate: £130 - £150

2nd Line Support Engineer - We are actively looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an award-winning organisation based in their offices in Luton for an initial 6-months.

As the 2nd Line Engineer, you will need to have high attention to detail whilst working within a fasted paced environment. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining a collaborative team dedicated to problem solving, so having excellent communication skills are vital. As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will be working with remote users and offer support to all staff and customers. The 2nd Line Support Engineer will need to have an understanding with Service Management tools such as Fresh Service and systems knowledge of Ring Central. This is an excellent opportunity for the 2nd Line Support Engineer to grow their portfolio.

Key Skills for 2nd Line Support Engineer:

* Support and admin experience in Office 365.

* Worked with Service Management tools such as Fresh Service.

* Systems knowledge of Ring Central.

* Happy to work within a collaborative environment.

* Friendly, dedicated and passionate.

* Excellent verbal communication skill.
