Leading FinTech is seeking an Application Support Engineer to focus on maintaining their QA, UAT and Production environments. Your day to day duties will include; managing and supporting a business critical transactional system, deploying complex in house applications, managing the full cycle of issue resolution from identifying issues through to the delivery of solutions and developing tools to improve system monitoring.

Based in London, you will join a friendly and professional team where you will be encouraged to knowledge share and collaborate with those around you allowing you to develop your skills.

Requirements:

*Previous scripting experience using Python and / or Perl

*Experience working on real-time transactional systems

*Knowledge of Windows and Linux

*Good understanding of Network elements

*Excellent communication skills

*Keen to learn new skills

*Strong problem solving abilities

*Desirable: C++, Cassandra, Elastic Search, SQL
