If you are looking at moving into your next position as a frontend developer and are keen to work with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, then this could be the opportunity for you.

I am working very closely with a software house based in the centre of Glasgow who are expanding their development team. This team develop web applications that are deployed into the on-demand and live video space. Your focus would be building frontend applications using React, Redux, SASS and JavaScript.

Key responsibilities:

* Developing high performance applications

* Working closely with designers to build rich user experiences

* Develop and maintain coding standards and practice

* Writing clean and maintainable code

* Working closely and efficiently with the development team

Technical requirements:

* At least 2 years commercial experience developing frontend applications

* Strong knowledge of JavaScript and CSS

* Experience of interacting with REST APIs

* Knowledge of application development using React
