Security Engineer Team Lead / Manager (Cyber Defence Incident Response). Would you like to take on a high profile C-level role, head up a talented team and make strategic decisions at a cutting edge Cyber Security technology company?

As a Security Engineer Team Lead / Manager you will focus on strategic initiatives and operational management to deliver sustainable capability improvement over time; you'll focus on Incident Response service innovation and improvement, sales support and team management (7-8 reports). You'll liaise with stakeholders and manage vital client relationships working with security monitoring experts and IT architects you will deliver innovative, practical advice to clients, from technical practitioners to security leaders and board members.

Requirements:

*Strong cyber security background with a good understanding of the motivations and methods deployed by a wide range of threat attackers and how exploitation of systems occur coupled with a broad knowledge of effective counter measures

*Strong team leadership experience, able to motivate others and facilitate skills improvement and career development

*Familiarity with the activities undertaken by professional services organisations, including client relationship management, service development, proposal and report writing, presentations, quality assurance

*Experience with engaging senior board level stakeholders on security matters
