Quantity Surveyor

Up to £50,000 Doe+ car allowance + package

Based in Manchester

You have the opportunity to join one of the most exciting companies in the North West as a Quantity Surveyor, within their Manchester office. The company are already seen as the key player within the sector and are offering the right candidate the chance to join a company with an ever-expanding order book.

Role

The role is for a bright and determined Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step up within a fast paced and rapidly growing division. The role allows the perfect candidate the chance to establish themselves at the heart of an exceptional company.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Project costing;

* Placing Sub-contractor orders

* Produce site records for payments, reports and materials.

* Liaise with customer representatives.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have a background in Social Housing, Care homes or Healthcare.

* A high standard of written and verbal communication.

* Be ambitious, driven and determined.

* Have a strong focus on clients requirements.
