Exciting opportunity is available for a Chemical Engineer with experience leading a team in a manufacturing / production environment to join the team of a leading food manufacturer working at their Ethanol production plant. Suitable for candidates with a degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering (or similar area) with experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment and a desire to grow their career working for an industry leading FMCG manufacturer. Reporting into the Head of Production, you will be managing a team of 13 operators & team leaders and you will have full ownership of all aspects of the ethanol production process. The role includes responsibility for QSHE, Line Maintenance, Continuous Improvement & Line Management of all production staff. To apply experience of the following is needed:

* Trained Chemical Engineer degree qualified (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering

* Production Management experience leading a small team in a manufacturing environment.

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment in the process industries including Food, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Processing, Petrochemicals etc.
