External Programme Liaison Manager - Government - London - 6 months+

SC clearance will be required in order to start this position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior manager to join a law enforcement organisation and manage external programme liaison to influence the scope of the Change Portfolio and manages the alignment between the capabilities delivered from the change portfolio and those of wider government and law enforcement.

The individual will conduct horizon scanning within the organisation and present the findings in a way that's meaningful for the organisation to external law enforcement agencies.

Experience:

Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement.

Understanding of the wider law enforcement strategic context and programme environment.

Good understanding of public sector policy and governance frameworks.

Track record of stakeholder engagement in a complex, small to medium-scale programme/project environment.

Experience of balancing stakeholder requirements.

Experience of working with senior stakeholders and leading on stakeholder strategies.

Experience of leading and managing a team or first line management.

Qualifications:

Industry-recognised Programme and Project Management (PPM):

*Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner.

*APMG Change Management Practitioner.

*APM Practitioner Qualification.

*APM Registered Project Professional.
