I am recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's fastest growing Microsoft Gold Partner's as they look to add to their award winning team with a Dynamics CRM support consultant. The role will involve the successful candidate taking post in their modern Manchester offices, with an enthusiastic team, in a nuturing, progressive environment - offering fantastic exposure to new Dynamics CRM/ 365 projects.

You will be responsible for supporting multiple customers based on Dynamics CRM 2016/ Dynamics 365 - troubleshooting 1st and 2nd line issues, assisting in project support work, and helping to maintain a best in class service to my clients interesting portfolio of end users. You will have the opportunity to take certified training in Dynamics 365, as well as benefitting from a personalised career plan to progress through the company as they look to grow.

To be considered for this position you will ideally have:

* Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM (ideally v2016 and 365)

* Experience troubleshooting 1st line and 2nd line issues with Dynamics CRM

* The ability to train users on CRM via Skype and group sessions

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
