My client is looking to bring on board a Scrum Master who is capable self starter who has the desire to improve the team and company they are a part of, as well as themselves. My client wants someone to undertake the responsibilites of Scrum Master to solve problems, work effectively with the team and coach all participants.

The ideal candidate will be able to show how they have helped deliver continuous improvement in their career and being able to communicate extremeley well. The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of SharePoint and related technologies as well as experience of on premise solutions built on SharePoint.

The role does involve travel to client sites however there is a balance between this and being able to work form home as well.

Required

- Scrum Master who is confident in their ability to perform the responsibilities required in the role

- Great understanding of running Scrum/agile variants

- Someone who is organised but also a creative problem solver

- An effective relationship builder with great communication skills

- Great understanding of SharePoint

- Genuine passion for technology

Desirable

- Knowledge of Azure

All candidates MUST be UK security clearable (living in the UK for 5 years with no more than two months out of the country at any one time).
