SC Service Delivery Manager (ITIL, Incident Management, Change Management) - Basingstoke / Corsham - 6 Month Contract
Summary
My client, a global technology consultancy are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join them in Basingstoke on a 6 month contract basis. The role will involve working closely with a Defence Sector client and some travel to a customer site in Corsham, the position can offer a competitive daily rate.
Responsibilities:
* The role will involve several aspects and the successful candidate will be responsible for the following areas:
* Incident Management
* Change Management
* Service Level Management
* Capacity Management
* Availability Management
Required Skills/Background:
* Experience in a Service Management capacity is essential, in particular any experience within the Defence Sector.
* Exposure to working in a customer facing environment would also be beneficial.
* A solid understanding of the elements of service management is essential, including service design, transition and improvement, as well as contract management and bid proposals.
* Candidates should hold an active SC Clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the process.
