MDM Support Analyst / Engineer needed by one of Experis's key clients around Swindon to help on an exciting re-platform of there mobile estate.

What they will do:

* Take support calls and troubleshoot MDM phone issues

* Create status reports on MDM deployment progress including issue tracking

* Take ownership and accountability to ensure successful deployment of MDM. The candidate must be proactive.

* Training will be provided for Miradore MDM software

Required Experience:

* Good working knowledge of Android phone config and use including WiFI setup

* Strong organisational communication skills both verbal and written

* Must have worked in a user support role such as a helpdesk or call centre

* Proficient on using computers including MS Windows, Excel, Outlook
