Project Manager/Business Analyst- 6 Month Contract- £400-500- Madrid

The Role

My client is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to guide the business through changes within the IT systems as well as a number of other reviews into improvement. The right candidate would report into the Head of IT and work closely with key members of the company and sponsors. B

Responsibilities:

* Using underflows and looking at new claim systems.

* Improving process and underwriting systems.

* Business process and IT system changes to comply with data governance requirements

* Looking at approaches to taking new products to market and different technology

Taking an engaging approach and being able to initiate new ideas, whilst taking charge of multiple activities at once and being prepared with solutions for potential problems down the road.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to partner with the members of the reinsurance team to help us shape and evolve how we work end to end. Looking at increasing our chances of successfully delivery products through the product life cycle.

The Requirements

This role is suitable for a highly technical individual. The successful candidate will possess the following skills / qualifications:

* 3 years of business change experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager

* Fluency in Spanish would be desirable.

* Understanding of Reinsurance, with the ability to have a strategic outlook but also ensure attention to detail

* Advanced program and computing skills: advanced use of Excel together with experience of using SQL.

* Good commercial awareness, a good understanding of Reinsurance and strong attention to detail
