Would you be interested in working for a highly successful SME level company, who are currently recruiting for a PMO Administrator?

Due to a current period of growth, the company are looking for someone with strong skills around tracking and ensuring contract compliance, updating documentation and general administration, to fill a position they have never hired for before.

Duties:

* As previously mentioned, a person to track and ensure contract compliance, updating of documentation and general administration support for the Project Delivery Manager.

* Liaising with Procurement, Supply Chain etc. Matching up sales (Does the business has everything it needs?)

* Assist in maintaining programme/project controls and in producing programme/project reports.

* Responsible for programme/project file management, using robust version control. Organise key programme/project meetings and provide secretariat report.

* Assist with the monitoring of programme/project spend and contribute to the compilation of budgets. Maintain accurate asset registers for the programme/project.

* Coordinate and schedule training classes to advance the skills and capabilities of project managers and educate employees about changes to work processes resulting from the projects the office is managing.
