Java Software Engineer, based in Dublin. A unique opportunity to join one of Ireland's fast growing technology companies. They utilise the best practices and technologies including Microservices, AWS, Docker and much more.

You will join a group of highly skilled Java software engineers in building exciting new features and extending our platform. Given they are a small product group, you will have freedom and control to shape our product vision without bureaucracy or politics. You will be a key member of a multi-disciplinary team, designing and building the future of our multi-tenant SAAS platform.

This Java software engineer will join their core Java software team of excellent engineers and will work primarily on their main web and micro service tiers.

Your background: Java, Spring, and SQL

Key accountabilities are:

Architect/implement/recommend new software component designs or enhancements to existing software products; leads in the implementation of platform components.

Never stops learning, pursues latest technologies and seeks for best solutions. Always looking to improve.

Demonstrate proper coding techniques including maintainability, reuse, clean code, unit testing and driving standards within the team.

Nice to have Technologies:

Front-end experience / awareness - JavaScript.

Native iOS & Android skill sets or desire to work in this areas.

Experience with or willingness to learn Docker and AWS desired.

Salary & Package: Excellent depending on experience
