My Edinburgh based client are currently looking to add a French speaking IT Support Analyst to their team. This role is focused on IT Support, responding to tickets and troubleshooting within a Microsoft focused environment. This position would be well suited to an individual who wants to progress within their IT career - there are many internal paths available from promotion.
What will the role involve?
You will be dealing with internal end users in France, working from site in Edinburgh. Work will focus on 1st Line support tickets initially, however there is a great opportunity to progress and take on more complex challenges.
What experience do I require?
The ability to speak fluent French is essential.
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure is important, however this can be educational or through career experience to date.
