A new and exciting opportunity has opened up for a Business Systems Analyst to join a leading software provider based in Luton - Bedfordshire. As a successful Business Systems Analyst, you will be joining a fast moving, cutting edge development team during the launch of an exciting project.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you will be reporting into the CEO, working directly alongside the Product Owners, and effectively own one of their applications. You will work within the technology team and be responsible for leading requirements for enterprise projects, and leading smaller projects through to completion.

Key skills required for the Business Systems Analyst:

* Extensive commercial experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner

* Experience managing a successful software product throughout its life-cycle

* Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies (Ideally C# or Java)

* Good knowledge of agile software development processes

* Ability to convey technical processes to business partners and clients

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
