Security Operations Lead / Manager

I am currently recruiting for a financial services client based in Leeds that require an experienced Security Operations Lead/SOC Manager to start on-site ASAP on an initial 3-6 month contract.
You will be required to develop a security incident response plan and playbooks managing a small team of analysts. The organisations strategy is to outsource part of their security operation services with the rest being in-house so the ideal candidate will have experience transitioning a small in-house SOC to MSSP with a hybrid internal team.
Whilst industry experience is not of high importance you will be expected to hit the ground running immediately meaning that having worked in a similar environment would be ideal.
