Head of Business Development

Join a leading Digital Health start-up with existing success in Europe and UK looking for a Head of Business Development. They base their work on clinical research and artificial intelligence sourced from NHS records and working with clinicians. Understanding a need within the NHS for well-functioning infrastructures to create seamless communication between patients and health care providers and create better patient support systems. They have services such as health coaching using evidence based support and much more.

Your ideal profile and background:

* As the Head of Business Development Experience and demonstrated track-record of leading a growing entrepreneurial service, tech or consultancy business within the healthcare sector

* Solutions based sales approach utilising consultative skills

* Medical and/or scientific or consultancy background ensuring your understanding of underlying scientific evidence, giving you credibility in representing the company's interventions throughout the UK market

* It would be desirable as the or large healthcare organisation experience, knowledge and networks within the UK

Your personal strengths and skills

* The Head of Business Development will be results driven, entrepreneurial team player, adhering to the highest ethical standards and passionate about improving patients' lives

* Highly analytical, interested in IT, software, product development/system-development, machine learning and systematic in your approach.

* Understanding and acting on the IQ- and EQ-aspects of launching new innovative services within a relatively slow moving, conservative healthcare system

* Networker and collaborator, understanding that success is built on partnerships and friendly strategies focused on primarily achieving patient and system impact
