The client is seeking an enthusiastic and goal driven Sales Executive to join the Commercial team. In this role, you will proactively find, qualify and develop business opportunities, and provide potential customers with an in-depth introduction to SilverCloud's portfolio of services.

They will support you to:

* Act as the primary resource for the researching and prospecting of qualified new business leads via Internet, media, directories, referrals and other resource material

* Generate new qualified prospects for the Commercial team via outbound phone calls, social media and email marketing campaigns

* Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and time line

* Upon contacting a prospective client, probe to understand business needs and identify opportunities to pair those needs with their Health products & services

* Coordinate Commercial team diaries and meeting schedules

* Work with Commercial, Marketing and other teams as appropriate to create processes to follow-up and qualify all print and direct campaigns

* Monitor industry trends, competitive intelligence and market research relative to specific service offering(s) and communicate appropriately to departmental and organisational leaders

* Process and maintain leads in prospecting database for weekly reporting

* Create sales presentations, one sheets and other related materials for sales teams to communicate their value proposition and ideas to clients

* Work with Commercial team to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals

* Record existing and potential customers in the CRM system completing the requested information

* Provide technical support and the highest level of customer service within your designated sales territory

* Attend any key industry events for networking.

Personal Description

You are a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you are comfortable managing multiple assignments and prioritising group activities and processes. You are a results-oriented individual who can work independently and take initiative.

As a Sales Support Executive, you have:

* 1 - 2 year's experience in Sales / Business Development working in a B2B environment, hitting & exceeding targets

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills and ability to translate client needs into SCH offerings

* Solid organisational, problem analysis and follow-up skills

* Strong Internet research & PC skills (Office software, CRM tools, analytics packages)

* Strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind

* An interest in psychology and behaviour

* Confident presentation skills

* Commercial awareness

* Knowledge of or be keen to learn statistical software packages

* An ability to persuade/influence others and a passion for persistence

* An ability to maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products and services.
