2nd Line Engineer

You will be working as a 2nd line engineer resolving stakeholder queries and implementing new technology. Working as the 2nd line engineer you will be responsible for all queries at 1st and 2nd line level with outsourced support for 3rd line.

Working in a dynamic environment you will be responsible for a range of different technologies, Working remotely and over the telephone you will support stakeholders with their day to day issues with Mac OS, Windows 7/8/10 and Linux. You will play a crucial role in the success of the business.

In order be successful in the role you will need

* Strong background as working as part of a global Help Desk

* This role is 70% Mac OS, 25% Windows OS and 5% Linux. You must have consistent experience working with Mac OS, Windows OS and Linux OS.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

* Background Upgrading, and repairing desktops, laptops, and associated hardware.

* Experience Maintaining Linux operating systems, hardware and packages.

* Mac, Windows and Linux Certifications are desirable.
